Full-time position.

The responsibilities include scheduling bookings and rentals, keep in touch with clients, dealing with contracts and invoices, dealing with paperwork for companies in our group. A successful Studio/Office manager should also have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Ultimately, the Studio/Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the studio and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.


  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
    • Rental 
    • Contracts
    • Invoices
    • Maintenance
    • Mailing
    • Supplies
    • Equipment
    • Bills
    • Errands
    • Shopping
  • Answer the phone, and discuss with clients
  • Schedule bookings and appointments
  • Maintain the studio condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize studio and office operations and procedures
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Prepare papers for the accountants and keep in touch with them
  • Manage contracts and invoices for rentals and other projects
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Handle management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like shootings, events and workshops


  • a degree in finance, law or economics
  • fluent english and romanian
  • knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word in particular)
  • hands on experience with office machines
